Negligence

Did a self test with clicks which was sent to lancet, the results were supposed to be given in approx 4-6 days. Been 25 days since n I have not recieved any results or feedback from lancet regarding the test. This is the second time they have been so negligent, first time I did my blood test during pregnancy, n the blood group on their blood test showed the group which did not belong to me. How can they be so negligent with such sensitive matters.
