Need feedback ASAP

We were referred by a doctor to go for a covid test. We paid cash and want to claim back from the medical aid. After a few weeks of struggle with lancet to get our accounts where it shows that we paid up. Our medical aid told us the accounts are wrong because it does not show that we were referred by a GP. While I was on the phone with my medical aid they phoned Lancet to sort out the problem. They told my medical aid I need to send them some document, as I did and I followed up with Lancet, I still don't have any feedback and this is going on for a month and it is urgent. Please note that this was for me and my husband. The reference between Lancet and Discovery is F***4. Please can I get feedback on my e-mail as it is difficult to get a hold of me during the day.
