my refund

Hi I have went for a blood test for the shame on two dates the 19 and 21 st Dec 2014 bud the big guy at the Lancet in Robinson Hospital Randfontein said I have to pay cash but I said I have beneffits for this he said no and changed me a cash amount of R173 each and then I have to claim it from my medical aid when I went back to work I sent the doc to my medical aid and they only refund me the amout they have had a agreement with lancet thats R136.30 each and I have to claim the other money (R73.40) from lancet. Well on the 27 of Dec 2014 I went for the same test and the skinny guy help me and put it on my medical aid with no probleems and they it. I was forced to pay cash because of your staff not being clue up and I have trying to get my money back from Jan 2015 and logg complaints and sent all my proof still no helpfull response. And I can confirm any test I have been for thereafter for my pregnancy my medical aid discovery keycare plus paid it in full thank you
