My Account was handed over to legal and i had already paid

<p>I had received an Account on the 15 on November 2016. </p> <p>I paid the account on the 28th of November 2016.</p> <p>But today the 05 of December a receive a call from Landau Collections to say that i have not paid my account. This account had already been paid and it was only 2 weeks since i had received a statement from lancet. </p> <p>I am highly annoyed as this could affect my credit rating. And this was an account of which Discovery had not paid from my understand when my child was in Hospital. Without even querying this, i just paid the account for this exact reason. </p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of paying an account with Lancet anyway, when this happens???</p>
