Mthandeni is a star.

Mthandeni Sphengane at Lancet in Sunninghill Hospital is a star. My grateful thanks for his kindness and gentleness during what I expected to be a nightmare. I have tiny little baby veins that jump around and everytime I need a blood test, it's a case of digging for a vein and leaving me full of bruises as well as being traumatised after what should such a simple procedure. I am terrified by needles. A lovely lady said that she would call her boss as he is very good at finding non existent veins and in walked Mthandeni. He's a blessing. I have had a bad experience there before and stayed away for about 10 years, but this experience changed my mind. It might be a tiny little story for others, but for me it's huge.
