I want to thank Hello. I went to Lancet Laboratory @Ahmed Kathrada for get the service. The senior staff members recognized me they talk to me about my previous bad experience. They apologized. I also make it clear that to complain is one of the way to get corrected in our wrong doing not about making anyone jobless.
