Most shocking service!!!!!!

I have never in my entire life experienced such shocking service! It started when my baby girl was hospitalized in May 2020. The pead requested an PCR and we stayed 5 days in the hospital because we had to wait for the results to come back, we'll unfortunately the stool sample accidentally got lost and till today I don't know what was wrong with my child!!!! My child is currently admitted to hospital and the pead has requested an PCR again. My husband took the stool sample on Wednesday morning to Lancet personally to avoid what happened the previous time and I also told two staff members that they must make sure it doesn't get lost again! Well as I am lying in the hospital bed at 1:57 with a crying and sick baby I am still waiting for the results. It's tomorrow the 4th day and my child is still vomiting and suffering with diarrhea most probably because the antibiotics she's being treated with isn't working! I have phoned the PCR department various times, but the phone just keeps ringing!!! If Lancet can just get they're act together and send the results when they promised my baby girl would be treated with the correct medication!!!!
