Medical aid paid but Lancet wants more

I have queried this topic with accounts and no response. I now complain here as this is now becoming unacceptable.<br> <br> Lancet claimed about R1700 from my medical aid. My medical aid paid a portion of this amount. However, Lancet send me a bill of R1700. In short, they want me to pay also the portion that my medical aid paid. Lancet wants double payment for work done. This does not make sense.<br> <br> I need some clarity on this topic. In the meantime I will pay R1700 less the portion my medical aid paid.
