After depleting my medical savings account, I was owing Lancet around R3000 for a service they had rendered. I received a call from one of their call centre agents reminding me of the outstanding balance, immediately after the call, they sent an SMS with a payment link. I paid my debt and sent them the POP. To my surprise, they claimed to not have received the payment and later handed the matter to their debt collectors. I explained that I suspect to have been ****med by one of their staff and requested that they investigate the matter. This of course fell on deaf ears. I had to make the payment for the second time because they were threatening to submit me to the credit beaurer for default, I have a great credit score and obviously didn't want this to affect me.

My view is that lancet is aware of this **** and they partake in it because they refused to do anything about it after I reported this.

I am sharing this to raise awareness so that other people don't fall victim. I have chosen to never associate myself with ****ming company anymore.
