Mauff A C and Partners

If I could give a 0 I would. I received a claim from Mauff A C and Partners for R7600. Firstly I haven't been there in my life, secondly, I don't live in that area. I have been wrongly charged for something that has my name but is not me. The other lady that the claim is meant for is not even on the same medical aid as I am. And now they are unable to find my details and reverse the claim, but when they made the claim they found my details very quickly?! Don't you guys use ID numbers to cross-reference ?? This is pathetic service and I am NOT a client/patient! There are many people with the same names out there! If people did their jobs correctly we wouldn't be having this problem!! I expect a HUGE apology for this mix-up and this won't be the first time this is happening to me!
