Made arrangement now - APPLY FOR JUDGEMENT ITC

My medical does not cover all my medical cost. Had swine flu 2009 was in hospital 120 days and health bad and was not one cent behind on my accounts but had R120 000. medical expenses and under debt review. My medical aid does not cover all my cost and I pay my accounts and make arrangements. I have been making payments to Lancet and not missed a payment. On the 9/2/2015 sent a ITC letter statingh that they are going to sell my assets or deduct the balance off my salary. My outstanding balance is R399.40 and now they want R460.93 refence F***. I have been making payments of R150 pm. I am currently paying off twelve different medical debts. They are demanding that I pay the balance at the end of the month. I feel that I am victimized and have sent four different emails and have phoned them and they act stupic and keep saying that I have to pay the balance and the end of the month. I cannot pay off the whole ammount please help
