Lying Laboratory regarding pcr tests

I went to Lancet to test for covid 19 for travelling out of South Africa. They told me that my medical aid will not pay for a pcr test if I am travelling. (I wonder how they know what MY medical aid will or will not pay for) Then I told that lady that I had called my medical aid before coming to Lancet and they said I have 3 pcr tests per year per beneficiary, and it doesn't matter if its for travelling or not. The lady refused and said she know that my medical aid will not pay. Just imagine!

Below is my medical aid's monthly communication to us: Additional COVID-19 benefit for our International Travel Benefit We wanted to ensure that you are covered should you need to travel and noted that testing and enforced quarantine could be expensive. The Scheme is therefore offering a COVID-19 PCR test pre- and post-travel as well as a contribution of up to R1 000 a day should quarantine be required.
