Lost Stool Samples.

I recently took my daughters stool sample to the Lancet Labs at the Mulbarton hospital for analysis only to find out almost 2 weeks later that the *********** *****s lost the sample. They did not even have the decency to call me to tell me this, while we still waiting for the results. The doctor called me today to tell me that they lost the stool. How pathetic is that. My daughter is a special needs child, this infuriates me. PATHETIC!!!!
