lost one of my medical specimens

Your lab has lost one of my medical specimens. I want a full investigation as to what occurred and who was responsible. This should never have happened and the only person who has been helpful was Bongani from the PMB branch. I spoke to two other people from path who assured me they would call me back and never do so.<br> <br> I want an explanation as to what happened!
