LOST MY COVID-19 TEST RESULTS

Good morning I went to Dischem Olympus Pretoria RSA for COVID-19 test at drive thru on 22 June 2020 - they use LANCET. However they lost my results LANCET could not find my ID NO. (***) REF NO: VIS***

It is URGENT TO OBTAIN RESULTS as I have to be admitted to Hospital and I paid full amount of R850.00 from my pocket.

Please URGENTLY INTERVENE! This is serious.
