Leukaemia Blood Test - Not All That Urgent

I was told yesterday that Lancet had twice e-mailed the result's of my father's blood tests to me or to my mother. We have not received anything. As explained to Lancet, these results are important as they include a result for a leukaemia test and the specialist that my father is supposed to see is in self-isolation and, as a result, cancelled his appointment with my father. The man is losing weight rapidly. We need to know what we are supposed to prepare ourselves for or to do next.
