They have lost my test results; sent me an account for the lost results; mixed my account up with my mother's (who is on a separate medical aid, has a different surname, has a completely different name); they've dropped the phone in my ear, after asking a simple question.

I would suggest going to Ampath the next time you need tests done. This place is an absolute joke.

PS Lancet, get your ducks in a row before you call again!! And train your staff, they are ridiculously ill mannered.
