Lancet's Non Existent "Relevant Department" Lies

Ref Y***1. I am diligently paying my account as negotiated with your Lancet accounts department. I have even made two payments in the last 30 days. I have previously asked you this, and someone rep**** that they have removed my number from the list of people who get your stupid non relevant "Your account is overdue" SMS when it clearly is not overdue. Please do not refer this to the relevant department because the "relevant department" do not understand the request - seeing this is my second and final request for you to remove my number from that list. If I get one more ****ing SMS from Lancet I will place your incompetence and stupidity on all social media platforms. Starting with contacting your CEO personally, and then posting your emails where you state you have removed my number from that list and obviously did not. This is not a threat it is a promise. I sincerely hope you understand this very clearly now. But please do try my patience.
