Lancet’s nightmare account department
Lancet has the absolute worst account department After my account was paid in full I have gotten numerous calls from debt collectors which has long been sorted I have repeatedly mailed my proof of payment And it just never stops I am being hassled every few weeks for something already taken care of They even have voice recordings But it’s no surprise As I see 960 other people have had the exact same experience as I did.
Obviously there is a massive issue on Lancet’s side

23 Nov 2023, 12:50Now Lancet got Sustainable Collection Services harassing me for the payment
Just before that it was Nudebt
lancet sells their debt to companies and still try and get the money from you
Whilst you already paid the debt collector
Then Lancet says Nudebt doesn’t collect debts for Lancet
But Nudebt has ALL MY DETAIL and the dates of my blood test and everything- so how does Nudebt have that info if Lancet claims they never gave it to Nudebt
I won’t pay twice
Just before that it was Nudebt

But Nudebt has ALL MY DETAIL and the dates of my blood test and everything- so how does Nudebt have that info if Lancet claims they never gave it to Nudebt
