Lancet's dead Accounts Department

I’ve gone for blood tests on 18 February 2017 so that I can join the SureSlim weight loss Program. I was informed that SureSlim has a special arrangement with Lancet Laboratories and they gave me a specific form to hand in at Lancet for the reduced fees of R798.00 for all tests required.

I received an email on 31 July 2017 stating that I owe them R1,325.50.

Since then, I have been sending them emails with that form indicating the fees to be only R798.00 and an explanation of what was explained to me by SureSlim regarding the amount for the tests.

I’ve since then only received emails on a monthly basis telling me I owe them R1,346.025. Every time I reply to them with the same quire but with no success. Every time I send an email with my complaint I get an email from ********** say that my query/request will be attended to within 5 to 7 working days. This is now November. This started in July this year

Yesterday I received an SMS telling me they’ve handed me over to ITC-BA.

I really don’t know what to do anymore and where to turn to as they just won’t resolve this problem so that we can come to an agreement.
