Lancet WORST LAB EVER

We are 3 pasients that went for a covid test in December.2021 Almost 3 months later i received a statement saying the medical aid dont pay. I callee the medical aid and they said the tarif codes is incorect. After many times of calling with no respons and driving up and down i got a mail saing that lancet tarif codes is correct but it does differ from september 2021. Now they want the pasients to be liable for payment but tarif codes is completly out of the hands of pasient. Also lancet made a huge mistake in january of february, a minor child went again for a test and the wrong test result was generated in 2022 for the 1 in 2021. How can a lab make such a huge mistake. I urge all southafricans to avoid lancet as for thy give falls reports and make mistakes that is out of the hands of pasient whom are not supose to delt with this and all they can say is we are sorry for the wrong report of covid and also sorry they dont sort out tarif codes with the medical aid. Worst lab ever ever.
