Lancet won't refund me on overcharged account
I had a R150 rapid PCR done at the beginning of May 2022 at century city labs.. I was charged R500. I have been trying to get this resolved since then. I have emailed numerous times had a staff member offer to resolve it... But absolutely nothing has been done and it is impossible to get hold of anyone at the company at all... This is disgusting.
