Lancet very poor service from billing department/accounts

Many bad experiences regarding their billing, receiving messages owing debt, but medical paid, when querying they say that it is paid. This is not my first bad experience with Lancet, they even overcharge or double charge, i had to request statement to to verify charges, in hospital my medical aid covers most of my expenses. I called them today, to query payment due, I spoke to 4 different people but no one could refer me to their customer complaints, all they can do is apologize.
