LANCET USELESS

My mother was hospitalized in January this year for almost 3 months, Lancet has been sending my mom hospital accounts that the medical aid had apparently not paid, I have sent these bills to Lizette Samson on 31 May 2022, she said she would follow up and get back to me which she still has not done to date and now the account has even been handed over to BL Collections. This bill has not been sorted and no one gets back to us. My mother is on ill boarding and she is on oxygen 24 hours I have been trying to sort this there are even two different amounts under the same reference number what is that.
