Lancet *****ulent extraction of money

Lancet seriously needs a proper accounts department they are so *********** and send bills for things which medical aid already paid for. They try to *****ulently extract money from unsuspecting patients by double claiming from medical aid plus asking the patient to pay them. They cannot even respond to queries I even sent the medical aid remittance and obviously had to even highlight the payments made by medical aid because they probably cannot even read!
