Lancet the absolute worst

To be precise Dr Mauff & partners Unless i’m in a coma and cannot choose for myself, i will make sure to never use this lab again. Firstly, for some reason i assume the medical aid just dont pay their claims, but instead of just mailing the invoice to you they immediately get debt collectors to call you non stop. (I absolutely dont answer random numbers calling ) so it becomes messy. A year or so later i would get an actual invoice that i off course pay immediately sending POP etc. Oh but no, it doesn’t stop there, the collection company keeps on phoning and sending sms’s about my debt and possibly black listing and what not. Its as if Lancet then dont communicate with the debt collectors to stop.

What makes me so furious is that all this could have been avoided if they just claimed using correct codes from medical aid. (If the other labs gets it right why not them) Or just email the invoice immediately that wasnt paid. I learned from this that i should ask a front desk of a dr’s office immediately before making an appointment which lab company they work with.
