Lancet take long to release results

Unhappy that I did not recieve my results after they did a bone narrow test on me in early December 2019 from Lancet. The doctor was only given the results on the 2nd January 2020. Yet Lancet is howling me for payment after medical aid short paid them. I'm stressed by the possibility that I may need serious treatment but don't have my results. Its poor and bad service.
