Lancet submiting *****ulent claims

I have had a very bad experience with Lancet, situated at the Robinson private hospital in Randfontein they are trying to commit ***** on my medical aid. I sent them countless emails for them to reverse the claim as i never took my son to them or even provide my medical aid details, i did not sign any consent form. They are violating my privacy and the POPIA. They claim to have received my details from the hospital, the very same hospital that reversed the claims they had submitted on my medical aid because they were ********.
