LANCET - SORT OUT YOUR ACCOUNTS SYSTEM AND STOP THE HARRASSMENT

How does Lancet Laboratories send my 85 year old mother SMS's requesting payment from blood tests done in January .... she was told at the time that it was all covered ,,, now four months later with nothing received via email or on her medical aid statements .... she is getting SMS's every couple of days - I have requested a detailed statement from them but just no reply just keep on sending the SMS's .... is this the way it works now ???????
