Lancet so pathetic and spiteful

At emailing proof of payment and other required documentation, Lancet sending me from pillar to post for my refund. I sent numerous emails which are being ignored and get transferred to their "refund" where I hold for more than 6 minutes to be attended. They are so pathetic.
