lancet service

i am really disappointed with the service from lancet, firstly we were not aware that covid test results take so long. my husband got tested yesterday at 11 and instead of them notifying him that it would take long they just accepted his money, he went to collect today waited for more than 4 hours proceeded to the airport from their instruction only to not get results then i had to call their head office from zimbabwe! only for them to mail us a positive test result when he was getting tested negative at the airport, he missed his flight had to pay for another test had to pay for another flight had to pay for accomodation! we are not made of money and if your system is overwhelmed be transparent. i would never ever recommend lancet to anyone and also will withdraw my patronage in my country. thanks so much for wasting my time with such a ******* service.
