Lancet Roseacres Complaint

On March 31 I was referred to Lancet (Roseacres Hospital) by Dr Walter Green to do antenatal tests together with an HIV test, Dr Green had also done a pap smear which was also sent through for testing. I have changed my gynae to Dr Johann Louis Coleman (Clinton Hospital) who will deliver my baby and when he tried to request for my results he was told there is nothing on record. When I contacted the laboratory today I was told the only thing reflecting is a pap smear, what happened to my results!? After insisting that they check because I have evidence in the form of a claim paid via my medical and a recollection of who did my test (Celeste) they finally found my results. This is unacceptable, they wanted me to pay yet again for these tests! As if that was not enough, Lancet Roseacrest old me that due to some privacy clause they could not email the results to my new Dr at his request, that I must go to the laboratory to get them myself then give them to Dr Coleman, what kind of hogwash is that! I contacted your head office and spoke to Wisdom who was really lovely and offered to send the results to Dr Coleman, but seriously, what is wrong with the staff at Lancet Roseacres? They have caused me a lot of stress over their incompetence and wanted to go even further sending me from pillar to post instead of sending a simple email, worse in these Covid times! This is not acceptable at all!
