Lancet robs people blind and then lays blames at the Dr

I'm not even sure where to start as this company is extremely dishonest and tend to not disclose any information. We visited a Doctor for cold symptoms and this Laboratory has a separate dedicated room in the Dictors office. The Dr advised my wife to do a quick test as we wanted to eradicate any Covid-19 symptoms which my wide then goes for. We under the impression it's a Covid-19 antigen test like we done at Hamadi Labs before which cost about R150. There was no indication or talks of any costs. Low and behold we discovered that they charged us R3100 for this test. Are you nuts. Had this been disclosed to us we would bot have done this test. After lodging a complaint a gentleman by the name of Thabo Machethe advised that theybwill get back to us within 3 days but also advised that we should report the Dr ro the HSPCA. I asked why should we report the Dr as he did ot conduct the test and he has no idea what these costs would be as this is the responsibility of the person at Lancelet that should have disclosed this. He Stull says the Dr should have given the prices and not Lancelet and we should report him to the HDPCA. That clearly does bot make sense and guess what two weeks later, Stull waiting on his feedback which was supposed to be given within 3 days. My reg for the charge was Q***8. Please stay clear of this people. I am not leaving this matter like this as the CPA is there to protect us as consumers for this very thing. Can a Senior Manager please call me before I lodge this matter higher up because this ludicrous.
