Lancet -Ridgecroft, Health and wellness center

The lancet branch based in Ridgecroft, the health and wellness center is a **** place. The nurse over charges and doesn't give a receipt. They ask for a higher amount and notes only the a amount that is required and pockets the rest for themselves and doesn't give a receipt so there's no record of you paying the higher amount. When i enquired about my receipt, I found out I was over charged and had to get eventually get the accounts department to email me a copy of my receipt. I went there numerous time to enquire about the money that was owed to me, but the nurse always have some excuse, and the receptionist there is extremely rude and arrogant. I spent more money on fuel going there than what was owed to me. The call center people is extremely ***********, they kept transferring me to another person. And wasn't able to track or find the money that was owed to me. I highly recommend people to never use lancet laboratory. Their customer service and employees are completely pathetic and ***********
