LANCET REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY INVOICE

I have requested the invoice statement for covid 19 test from 18 December 2020 and made several follow-ups empty promises were always made by different employees of LANCET LABORATORIES. I wouldn't recommend anyone to conduct a test with LANCET, they are unreliable and not helpful to clients. How do you refuse to give the person their invoice when they have paid and they have the proof of payment?
