Lancet refuse to amend practice nr

No responds from Lancet except the normal message on Hello Peter that someone will phone me.

I have an outstanding account with Lancet since September 2021. I have sent numerous emails so that they can amend the practice NR to the correct one. They have changed it in the past, I have proof from previous statements, but apparently they cant change it this time. They just blatantly refuse to change it to the correct practice NR and now they are harassing me daily. If they do their work and resubmit it to Bonitas, Bonitas will pay it. I have phoned Bonitas medical aid and they also got upset because Lancet just cant do their jobs properly.
