LANCET - POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

I went for blood tests in November 2022, they did not inform me that the medical aid did not pay, I was only informed in Jul 2023. I have an arrangement to pay by instalments, of which they are supposed to send me statements. I have been requesting the statement since 19.10.2023 without any luck, just empty promises to forward the statement and and apology. I do not need need the apologies, ALL I NEED IS AN ACCOUNT STATEMENT IN ORDER TO KNOW HOW MUCH I STILL OWE. I ALSO DO APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT IT TOOK THEM 8 MONTHS TO NOTIFY ME OF THE ACCOUNT
