Lancet Phoenix
Saturday morning and my wife has to wait 1 hour for a nurse to take her blood, useless at it too, poking everywhere to make you bleed. Always very busy but only 2 employees taking blood. They called security when I went to check why my wife was taking so long. Said I must not wait outside, but I had been waiting outside for 45min anyway. Why not chase me away immediately. They act as if they own the building. Going to have to ditch Lancet Phoenix and try maybe Ampath.
