Lancet performs tests not requested and tries to charge for them

Lancet were requested to perform a test - I have sent them the request form. They performed tests that were not requested and are trying to charge myself and medical aid said tests. Both have refused. This has been ongoing since July 2022. They have all relevant documents to fix the issue but fail to do so, and keep calling me to pay the bill. I will not.
