Lancet - Pensioner Customer service Disgrace!!!

Absolutely ********** and pathetic service from Lancet accounts department. Lancet's idiotic finance department refuse to refund a credit of R2,4k due to pensioners over 70 years of age. on one account, for services provided in June/July 2023, because Bonitas has not covered an account for services provided in Jan 2024. Your pathetic company needs to re-look at your idiotic policies, as we will never use your services again!!! And if it is your policy to take and use clients funds as you desire, then there is something rotten in your company!!! No surprise at all +1000 pathethic 1 star ratings.
