Lancet payment methods not working. No reply to requests for assistance

I received an account and am unable to make payment from my banking app. No attempts to contact them are of any use and I am being threatened with legal action. All the while the interest keeps accruing. I have an impeccable credit record and an account worth a few hundred Rand will now possibly ruin this. I am very unhappy with their service
