Lancet Pathologist Pathetic Administration Practice
How is it possible to hand someone over to ITC when there was no account sent, no email and no correspondence? It's ridiculous that this business still operates in this way. There was no rejection of claim notice from either the medical aid or Lancet. Just a pre-legal letter in the post of all things. My email, contact number and full details were all given prior to these tests!!! F'ing Ridiculous. How are these f'ers still in business?
