Lancet overcharging and refuses to refund
Lancet owes me a refund since end of March 2020. I have called them on numerous occasions and to date nobody has returned my call and neither have they provided me with a any sort of feedback.
I have sent Talia van Vuuren multiple emails yet no courtesy of a response.
