Lancet Olivedale rather chase you away to another branch instead of doing test

Went to Lancet Olivedale to get tested for COVID-19 The test area was empty no one waiting in a line or anything Walked to the counter and lady says "Are you patient for Olivedale to which I responded no my GP sent me and they are closest to my house (leas than 2k)

So they told me they will not handle any patient's that is not booked into Olivedale and I must go find another branch to assist

I then drove then almost 10k's to Lancet Wilgeheuwel and they were happy to assist.

If I ever have a choice I will avoid that branch and Olivedale Hospital as a whole Rather use Wilgeheuwel as a whole
