Lancet no star for accounts department

I received an SMS for an outstanding PRIVATE account for my mother of 103. Called to say she's on a medical aid. Had to send affidavit ID medical aid etc giving me permission to act on her behalf. Called again. emailed twice to check if account has been forwarded to Med aid. I do not have the account so I cannot forward it. Today went into lancet to ask if account had been paid. No !!! I am putting this on record to make sure my mother is not sued as I have done everything possible M***2 a/c No
