Lancet Mokopane not making an effort!
Lancet Mokopane, gave the worst service ever over the weekend. They had one person working alone, the queue taking long, the phone ring off the hook and deliveries needing to be attended.
We were the first 4 on the queue but for COVID test we were the last to leave. Got to Lancet at 08:10 and only got helped at 12:30, mind you I was fourth on the queue.
They could have had at least two people working.
