Lancet mixing up names and ID numbers on blood tests, results sent to the wrong person

My daughter was booked in at Netcare Pinehaven Hospital on 07/12/2020. She was booked in on her name but with another person's ID number. Lancet took blood tests and send the results to the wrong person. The results were sent to the person whose ID number was wrongly used and NOT to the person who actually did the blood test. Although the correct name was on the admission forms the wrong ID number was used which now result in a huge problem. Accounts were sent to the wrong person's medical aid and I need to pay cash as we do not have medical aid. Now I keep on getting 2 different accounts from Lancet both for the same tests on the same date at Netcare Pinehaven Hospital. I would love to pay my daughter's blood test but not want to pay the same Lancet account twice on two different person names. I have sent many Emails to *** with not even a reply. I only keep on getting the same accounts sent to me. This is also a huge concern as COVID tests were also done on the right name but wrong ID number......... HOW TRUSTWORTHY IS LANCET BLOOD TEST RESULTS IF THEY COMBINE WRONG NAMES AND ID NUMBERS. If at all possible can someone assist in sorting out this issue as it resulted in BIG problems in my personal life. Please note that we did give my daughter's driver's license at Netcare Pinehaven casualties the night she was admitted for the completion of all the forms.
