Please confirm if I paid a man's bill or what is now going on this is unprofessional, and according to the POPIA my details should not be sent to my mother. Why was this email not sent to me?

And today I get a call that I owe 250 then the woman says 200 and 200 and 400 how the **** do you guys do that send one statement what was the lancet bill for that was 1272 what was that for was that not handed over wasn't that the vermaak bill?
