Lancet Linmed Sr. Karen Needs communication and ethics training
Sr. Karen at Linmed is very rude and has no client care s****s. Let alone basic patient care, she has no morals and ethics. Insults people, refuses to take constructive criticism and cuts one off rudely when speaking to them. Very poor communication s****s and extremely poor customer care.

Thank you for your response. Lancet always had my support, however this incident has left a bitter taste especially since the nurse will not apologise for her behaviour and she is now causing more problems as she is involving other service providers that we use. Her defensive and rude behavior needs to stop and she needs to respect clients. She can not make false claims and propogate negative images of people. I would like to see corrective action taken against her.
