My first time, experience dealing with Lancet Labs,excellent communication and efficient staff members.I dealt with Roxy and her professional attitude was admirable.She took the time to listen, attentively,and answered all my concerns.A week later I had to call Lancet Labs again,.Customer service representative, very helpful from the start.Guess what Roxy again,patient and attentive ,she directed me.Truly a great experience as my previous experience, with similar service provider ,was non existent, did not bother to answer their phone at all.Well done Roxy and Lancet Labs.
